So I'm returning my mag 256 because it keeps freezing. I wanted to give it a factory reset and followed all the steps. However when I reboot the device after setting it back to default settings, it still shows me the portals I had and still is connected to my WiFi. Anyone knows how to get it to really go back to default settings? Can't find the solution through Google either, so it would be highly appreciated.
I don’t think it’s possible. I’ve got a 322 and did a ‘factory reset’ and nothing changed.
Just delete the portal from the system as that’s the only thing that identifies you.
