Xiaomi Mi box.
Formuler is excellent but Netflix will not work well. Buy a xiaomi mi box s if you need a real andoid tv box
Get the Amazon fire tv stick 4K, powerful and super cheap, It supports everything (IPTV, Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, HBO... Etc )
Nvidia Shield using Perfect Player for IPTV. I’ve used them all including Formuler Z7+ (which does run Netflix by the way). Everything else is just an android box. Shield is 10x better and waaaayyy more polished.
You can use STB emu or magbox for best used

A formula is a proper TV box. It depends what kind of look/feel you are going for.
A formula is almost a proper set top box like it was real cable/sky. Proper EPG and TV kinda feel .
Then I guess you look at Android boxes/Firesticks there usually a collection of apps to get around for IPTV and Netflix + loads of apps for movies etc.
Download Smarters or an IPTV app to your phone and see what you think of the interface etc. The apps are a different experience to the proper boxes like Formulas :) then chose what way you wana go

If Netflix is not working on the formuler z7 than it is not an option, as I have a roku at home now and use it for netflix (content of my country).
I was planning to use the new box on my VPN router (ExpressVPN) so I can use it for the US content of Netflix (now I swap the roku between different routers if I would like to wacht US content).
I considered also the Nvidia shield before and it really looks good, exept the price.
The xiaomi mi box is an option.
One important thing it should not to be to difficult to use, as my wife will used it to and you know what that means.
I will read a bit more about the Nvidia and xiaomi mi box at these are probably the best options than.

My 2 cents - I have buzzTV and it's good, but I bought a MiBox S for $40 on Walmart for Xmas and it seemed to perform better. For the money you can't go wrong with that or a firestick 4k.

There are different netflix versions you just need the right build.
