We are looking for a cheaper alternative to Chinese Cantonese live TV because my family have been using Bell Sattelite all their lives. They are paying around $100 a month for a few channels. So yeah...
OK2 has it but quality is poor and aspect ratio is out of whack. CrownTV has it listed but doesn't work. I used to have Napper and it carried it but unsure of its current state.

Look into CIK Tel. They have a legit service. Not sure about that specific channel, but just check the list.
V5 IPTV. They have about ~21 Hong Kong channels. They are also cheap
From previous threads that asked about Fairchild people sat OK3 had it. Not sure if it's the same or not.
