I have 2 questions
If I am changing service providers ie going from a gold reseller to express iptv, do I have to wait for my gold iptv subscription to expire than my mac address can be added to another resellers panel that is selling express iptv?
If I am getting the credits from a reseller, than all I need to do is enter the url in the portal part of my mag box after giving my mac address to the reseller?
You can have two (or more) portals at the same time, you’ll chose which one to watch when starting your box, and can switch between them by going to ‘settings’ and ‘inner portal’ whilst watching one. Some people have at least a couple of portals from different providers at any time to give a bit of resilience.
Your mag can have multiple providers at once. It's not an issue. All you would do is switch portals when you want to switch providers. Most people have at least 2, because you should always have a backup just in case one goes down. It's cheap enough that you can do it.

EXPRESS and GOLD should be distinct services therefore your mac shouldnt be held in the same system therefore your free to roam. May be best to wait till your sub ends as to not be wasting money unless you find your original service unbearable. And second question yes, once purchased wait till seller to activate you and provide you with portal url. But becareful now adays because informir has been having issues if you are a mag box user you may get weird issues that wont allow portal use unless downgrading.
