Looks like Helix Hosting is gone...just tried portal and says stb blocked call provider.
then went to create a ticket on the website and the site just redirects ro a non-existent twitter account.
Gutted.
Was good while it lasted, now need to find another good reasonable priced provider...any ideas?

They are not gone. Or going. Still very much here. Just a little glitch in the matrix. Site is working fine now. The twitter is very much existent. Just the post was missing, or did you not search before you posted this?

So Helix has been great all day, not a single stutter, Football is just about to start and so has the stuttering on sly sports. TSN all good though
Edit TSN now stuttering also, entire thing will probably go down shortly.
Mine is either off or buffering badly. Invoice due, time to look elsewhere.

EDIT: All channels seem to be working now and website is back up.
just used a 48 hour trial of these guys and the service was good, but this is giving me second thoughts before signing up. seems to be quite a few issues looking at their twitter, and people complaining in replies, etc.

I ran Helix with Nordvpn, changed some servers and found that the newer ones are running better. So that might solve ur problem.
They are back up. Looks like they had some system issues.

They offer trials and the service has been amazing. Loads of channels and a massive library for VOD and shows.
Account was setup in a few minutes as well.
LOL, not that I use them but you guys don't even wait 45 minutes before claiming they packed up and ran off with the money. xD Simple check on the Twitter shows what's going on.
