Sounds to me like your trying to run to many connections. For example if your paying for 1 and trying it run 2. It’ll do exactly that.

Might be a provider issue but try it on an different device/app to be sure

You are using the same account on 2 different TVs, that's why you get black screen.

Don't forget your device's MAC address, and also make sure what kind of devices does your IPTV provider supports.

If you are losing screen around every 20secs with a black screen and comes back, it's a DNS server issue.
