The layout isn't an IPTV provider, its the software or hardware you are using. Stb Emu, Smart STB, and I think another app are using the same interface that you have posted.

You will need an iptv provider and the app that they used is stbemu pro. You can pm me if you need more info I am using this setup with a amazon fire tv box

That app is STBEmu, but you'll have to look at an IPTV provider because the app only connects to IPTV servers (it's the front end) and doesn't come with channels.

Use a mag box r the apk called estb emu on android. Hope it helps.
