Ok am using xtream codes panel from my provider and for the 2nd time in about 2 weeks, when i get down to 10 credits then make a sale it leaves only 1 credit ? Just takes them but adds more years onto the sub what i didnt want ?

Talk to your provider, every provider sets their Panel as they wish for their resellers.

Its all in the line activity log so a bug in the system maybe ?

After you  add/extend the line. If you refresh it will do the exact same thing. Are you refreshing?
