Sometimes when I'm watching something, it keeps pausing, then replaying the last few seconds. It doesn't always happen though
Right now the source is "filmon dot tv" and its happening. when I go to filmon directly, it doesn't happen.
So is this caused by my IPTV provider or VLC Player? It is a low powered laptop I'm watching on right now if that makes a difference.

It happens on my mag too with different providers. My guess is there is a glitch in the stream, and the device/player keeps replaying the last few seconds of cached video.
Provider for sure without any doubts, no questions.
I subscribed to domin8 nearly half the channels did that! They blamed my 3 different devices a and my isp so I got a test of here with a different provider guess what it stopped
It's the provider I've experienced the same thing using different IPTV apps
