In your opinion what is the easiest to use device that I could give my gran to watch iptv on?
MAG Box - but be aware there are portals being blocked. Alternatively you could go Android box with Perfect Player or any other supported Android app to avoid the portal URL from being blocked issue.
Anything from dreamlink or its EU version formuler. I'd stay far away from mag boxes due to portals being blocked. Dreamlinks are better than mags anyways.
I'd say BuzzTV or Formuler
Firestick and set Smarters to auto load! Easy beans and she's got an up, down, left, right control...what could be easier? :)

Android box with IPTV PRO app, maybe a different launcher to make things look simpler, and Teamviewer so you can help her.
ProgTV you could set to do that. There’s an app on the play store that allows you to startup into any app as well.
Any decent Android box along with an app that can auto-load on boot (IPTV Smarters and TiviMate come to mind).
