If your Mac is entered in to someone's panel and the reseller has gone AWOL you won't be able to go with another reseller of the same service until the mag is deleted from their panel.
When trying to add the mag the new reseller will get a prompt saying the Mac already exists as device. You will need to contact the actual provider and ask them to remove the Mac from the system.
Your MAC is not locked to a specific IPTV provider. There’s no global list because, let’s face it, IPTV is a legal grey area for consumers.
When you provide a MAC it associates that MAC with your account on the IPTV provider’s system. This is why there is no login information needed. The MAG sends the MAC and the system checks the account before providing the service.
When you get a new provider, supply them with the MAC and they add it to their system.
Edit: If the problem is within GOLD only they can sort it. If they won’t, take your money to another IPTV service.
only your previous reseller can renew your sub , but you can use other providers w/o any issue
