I set up a box for a friend with Express Iptv. I have never used it before and am not too familiar with iptv in general.
Theirs a pop up with info on the bottom of the screen that they cant get to close. It only appears when watching from the movies section. The box is a fire tv gen 1, so the remote is pretty limited. I set up a bluetooth keyboard and went under keymap and set up the exit and info key hoping it would toggle it off. No luck. Any ideas? Its probably something simple, unless it stays there 24/7.

Is there a button to pause/play, if so do that (pause then play) . That usually fixes it for me.
