What box to get for IPTV And Satellite

Just a quick question,

My Extrend 9500 is on its way out and looking to get a new box. I'm not bothered about single our duo tuner and would be willing to spend around £150

​

The 2 boxes that have stuck out so far is the

​

VU+ Zero 4K - Looks like solid all round box, 1,500 mhz dual core with 2gb ddr3 Memory

Mutant HD51 4K UHD - also looks like a solid box but worried about the 1GB memory but has faster cpu clock speed 1,700

**Octagon SF8008 4K HDR **

Any one that has had experience with any of these boxes or can compare the boxes to each other would be great Help.

Vu+ Zero4k great little single tuner zapper, runs iptv very if set up right, use PurE2 image and utilise there exclusive vod plugins, add couple of addons in Kodi with debrid also, and works well.

Mutant HD51 I also have, better suited for pvr on sat due to twin tuner, slot for internal hdd, has Stalker-QT also, good unit but alot bigger than the Vu+.

If not bothered about tuners, the Vu+ Zero4k single sat would be ideal.

I can't compare as don't have both boxes but I've had the Mut@nt HD51 for a couple of years running OpenVix and it's done me well so far.

the 1gb memory on HD51, is actually 4gb but its split into 4 x 1gb emmc flash as teh Mutant has hw multiboot, i.e flash into startup, startup_2, startup_3, startup_4, so could have 4 images fully setup and switch between.

Another box to throw in the mix Octagon SF8008 4K HDR Reviews all seem great anyone had a shot of this box ?

I have the SF8008 also, its alright for the cost, again if use an sd card and run an init can use 2 more images in multoboot on the sd card on that, then usb/external drive for /media/hdd, PurE2 is my fav on that box and I use that right now, Sf8008 in living room and HD51 in bedroom, and i have tested Vu+ Zero4k, Uno4k also.

PurE2 is best for its own exclusive vod apps and about 5or6 of them.

OLM-FNC, iwaatch-FNC, LIve-Feed-FNC, Streamlord-Fnc, watcher-FNC, e2iplayer, Pornajava-FNC, imdb0FNC

worth a look in menu - plugins - download - extensions if using PurE2 image.

The chip is hilison vrs broadcom, so slight slow mo when zap on t2 or sat, but overall for £100 its good.

Thanks for all your opinions and comments, Ended up going for the VU+Zero 4K, Never heard of the Pure2 Image but will give it a go. Im normally a fan off OpenVix or OpenATV With Whooshbuild.

If you got the money go for VU+ proper image support form many devs and forums.

I have a Solo 4K rock solid last year or so, before that a Vu+ Solo2 but takes some learning, just ask manosteel9423 below hahahah :))

Sorry to threadjack, but I'm also looking for one of these, but more of a budget one. Just need 1 sat input with DiSeQc support, and basic IPTV support

Basically the Openbox V8S which I have now, but one that doesn't freeze watching IPTV
