I am on a university ethernet connection, the Internet is working fine with my Samsung TV (youtube and others) but does not work with SMART IPTV or NORA GO (for TVstreams) I have tried using a WiFi hotspot from my mobile data and the IPTV worked fine
Likely your Uni or their ISP blocking it. A VPN would get round the block, but as far as I'm aware there isn't an app for Samsung Smart TVs (happy to be proven wrong here, I'll be straight to their website to sign up!). Nearest you'll get if you're adamant you need it via the TV is getting a router that has VPN functionality. Otherwise get a Mag/Android box and run it through that with a VPN.
Sounds like the uni is blocking the streams.

Here it seems that my ISP (Telekom) is causing the issues, I set my vpn to Netherlands and all the channels worked perfectly. As never before.
