I was getting the same thing with TPK 3. They say it was a bug in the coding.

This is a message that goes on for the cheap tv providers it’s because they all buy from 1 source. That’s why each cheap service that shares sources is getting this
This means they didn't buy their app directly from Smarters, and your's got flagged as a third party rebrand they are doing a fairly solid job of randomly cracking down on with the current version. That, or Nitro just decided to stop paying their bill.
You can delete and re-install the apk again to get around that until the next time it gets flagged. Rinse and repeat as needed.
