Mag322 - Shutdown / Standby Issue

Hey guys,

i have following issue with my Mag 322 Box.

While in a Portal i can not shut down the device completely. When pushing the red button on the remote it just seems to be in standby mode. The power led is just dimmed down and when turning it back on it just jumps up right into my portal again.

When i go to inner portal and press the same button in this mode it shuts down completely. (Red power LED).

What i want now is that it always shuts down completely, no matter in which portal i am at the moment.

HDMI-CEC is disabled.

If you get it sorted let me know. I got sane here, I jystvtgaught it was normal it stayed in standby mode

It's made this way you can't do any thing to it if u wanted to shut completely then u have to shut it down from power cable other wise there is no solution to it ....coz I have sold so many and all of them have this Q and till now I am unable to figure it out ...so my last instructions to my customers is to shut it down if they are not using it or more then 24 hours from power cable so it also clear the cache too
