Besides DOL2 vs MOL, one difference is that Dreamlink T2 prime is advertised to have bluetooth (perhaps someone who owns it can confirm). On the other hand, I haven't come across a z7+ (US version) that has bluetooth. I believe the EU version might have bluetooth, but again someone who owns it can confirm.
