I recently tried gears, got a refund. They advertise high def 1080p on buygeastv.com but really lack in that department. I’m with Vaders now and am loving it.

As mentioned by another poster any service can and does experience down time issues. However if the FB post above is the sanctioned/public facing voice of Gears they have larger problems than the outage experienced last night.

This is the same jackass who keeps raising their prices on resellers. I had over 800 customers for that bitch ass Omar, I called him out multiple times on YouTube during his gay ass ghetto shows.. guess what I took that profit away from his bitch ass, he can take all 6 of those cars and his dead brothers and shove em up his ass. I recently discovered Gears Reloaded and it's honestly been the most stable and buffer free for me. I've tried most other services. But that being said this type of customer facing message is highly inappropriate and would turn many people off.

I've been using gears for 6 months now. I have been happy with the IPTV service and find value in it.

But the way they support their service and speak to people really is a surprise. I understand this isn't the most legit type of business, but damn they better hope something doesn't come out to match their service because people will jump. When questions are asked on their FB support page, they always answer in a very condescending way. They get a lot of questions because their communications about the service are not clear at all. And for some reason, they always post in all caps. Then Omar is on the videos wearing a Reloaded gold chain. I feel like I'm buying bootleg DVDs off the corner store in the ghetto.

Eventually they'll catch too much heat for being so public/flashy about the service and go away so I guess it doesn't surprise me they act the way they do. Their 15 minutes is currently going and they are enjoying some good cash. Just hope they are saving it.....because when the lawyers come knocking they aren't going to slap them on the wrist.
