I'm posting this because you should be aware that these people do not give what they advertise. I've paid for a year subscription and am getting nothing from them. Completely unresponsive to my complaints now so here I sit out the money with no recourse.
My donation to their Stem Cell Research Research Fund got them a lot of beers for Super Bowl.
Update: They are communicating with me. They tell me my e-mails were hitting their spam.
First rule of IPTV is, don't buy too much IPTV.
I bought a 3-month sub of Epicsteams and got fucked by them after only a week. Lesson learned. Now I only buy a month at a time; it might "cost more" in the long term, but it's way cheaper than getting fucked a week, a month, or 6 months down the line.
I do their Google ads for them and know their admins. DM me your email address and I can find out what happened to your subscription.

A good service will not screw you over. I have many clients with 1 year subs at a great price and they are happy.
All depends on the provider, the reseller and reviews.
I’ve tried many services before staying with Twisted Tv, then becoming an reseller.
Check their support group, how people interact, and more.
I for one tried to reply to my clients quickly if there’s an issue and submit request to correct the problem.

This happened to me with Bear IPTV or whatever it's called. I only paid for a month though.
paid for a year from some no name service over a year ago. worked great for about a month and a half then boom shut down..nothing.
got a hold of Visa that i got dupped and had my money refunded in a week.
lesson learned. dont pay for more then 3 months even if you love the service and keep using it.
Where did you buy Iptv Ninja? More info from that seller would be good for everyone.
Their head ninja is traveling but just reached out to me. He said it's rare that his team would miss filling an order and definitely wouldn't ignore emails so he will look into your subscription himself personally. He needs the following info that you can DM me to forward to him. Which server did you subscribe to? What's your email?

That’s crazy, some people can’t be trusted but most of my clients have had there for 3 months some have been going on 6 months I could never rip someone off like that
