With the Buzz tv there is an option for username and password, question is am i able to connect using a username and password and url (NOT USING MY MAC) and take advantage of my 2-3 connections???
I believe the url you leave off the last bit that is for mac addresses.
you would not enter the /c/
then you put in your login and password. But the functionality is not as good as using the MAC address as the box is meant. On the Dreamlink box you lose VOD and Catchup functionality if you don't use the mac address.

yes Xc APi is the same as m3u , so yes u can take advantage of your 2-3 connections
Buzz TV 2 app doesn't have Xtream-Api or m3u on there mac based application yet.
its Mac Only currently.
