for my grand father, i would like install smart iptv (best simple app) but i don't find this app on hisense app store.
It's Vidaa u 2.5 (Opera Tv).
when i search, i only find SS iptv (i don't like this app and for my grand father it's too complicate)

Your TV doesn't support Smart IPTV and yes, SS IPTV it's not worth it at all.
To save any headaches in future, buy a separate box.
Buy him a box. Either a Z7+ for transparency, or if you're cheap, a firestick 4k.
We used to recommend MAGs as they were the best for technologically impaired people, but with them starting to block providers, they are no longer recommended.
I don't know your TV or it's features, does it have a Roku (or do you have a Roku streaming device)? Maybe try one of these apps TVCast (made for IPTV on the Roku, playlists and EPG on the app), Server Cast (only playlists, no EPG), and Web Video Cast (more features than the other two, no EPG, cast playlists, web links, pictures, videos off the phone, etc). Just giving you options that could be easy, incase you don't have the money to spend on a dedicated device. If you do want to buy a device but don't want to spend it on a Formuler ($120+), the TiviMate app is looking good, the creator is highly active on his subreddit too /r/TiviMate, and you can install it on a $60 Xiaomi Mi Box S.
