So I have Helix, and they have around 12 different nbc gold channels, all numbered, and one mosaic and gold rush that I think are for the premier league.
I want to watch the figure skating competitions that are streamed there, but when I asked which channels to watch helix told me "they didn't know".
I know other providers use the same streams, so could anyone explain to me how do I use them? Maybe for those channels I need a VPN? Can I even watch figure skating in one those channels?
IPTV providers use the channels for the football/soccer games so the channels are only active when games are in progress. NBC offers a variety of packages for different sports but the demand for the other sports is limited and does not justify the cost/hassle/risk of setting them up.

It suggests that the figure skating will be on NBCSN, which should be in your US folder (dependant on how you're set up).
I only use them when there's football on, and they just work (or not)
Maybe they're not hooked up if there's no footy on?
EDIT: From Wikipedia:
"The pass for each sport is sold separately"
So I guess most streamers only get the Premier League pass
