I am looking for a good provider that can handle low bandwidth. The WiFi at work is abysmal. Maybe under 10Mbps. I spend 10 hour nights there and need decent entertainment to pass the night. VOD would be a huge plus since nothing airs when I am awake.
Use Cinema or Cyberflix for vod
10mbps is more than enough for HD too, maybe a second or two buffering when changing channels due to spikes, but otherwise should be fine.
I have a really bad internet provider here too, at night it's a nightmare. So, the low bandwidth i tried here and was happy were Ipguys, this is a Mac Address provider, it will only work on mag boxes or with STB Emulator if you have an android device, the other I tried and liked was NFPS/IKS66/Rocket this you can choose between m3u or mac address). I tried OK2 but some channels are really awful in quality and they buffered a lot.
Ive heard ipguys/ok2 provide low bandwith sd streams.

Pretty much any provider will work. This was already asked. As for VOD get yourself a plexshare or Embyshare, and don't rely on your provider as VOD is secondary and is not what you should be getting IPTV for.
OK2 is who you want if you want the lowest bandwidth, as they are a full HEVC provider. IPTV at most uses 5 mbit, so any provider really will do.
