Vaders login fails at home, works on LTE, IP blocked?

I renewed my Vaders subscription last night through their official site at https://minihosts.org/amember/signup . I can't seem to login through their android app on my nvidia shield at home, however the same app on my android smartphone works whenever I'm not connected to the home wifi, so it seems like they've blocked my IP for some reason.

I opened a ticket through their helpdesk, but nobody got back to me in over 24 hours. Does anyone know their contact info so I could at least email for support. If so please advise or PM me. I'd really appreciate your help! Thanks!

I'm having issues logging into the Web UI when on my WiFi. When I login I just get a message of "Gone" in red text. If I use my LTE it's working fine. I think that this happened because I tried logging in a couple of times with the wrong password until I went and looked up the correct one. Maybe the system blocked my IP?

try changing your dns router settings to opendns or cloudflare dns

your isp dns might be blocking vaders url

It's a easy fix. Contact your reseller.

I believe minihosts are actually just a reseller (with a bad rep) who have paid vaders to have their link in the official vaders page. minihost support is probably the only ones that can help (good luck)
