Hi!

I've seen some amature, local channels on IPTV. They're not official channels carried by any major legit cable providers.

I'm wondering what's the process like to stream my own channel, and to get the IPTV carriers to carry it. I want to broadcast a channel within Canada, let's say.

I'm not sure what to even search for this.
