Yep accurate for area 51. I've used them and if everything is fine, everything is fine. As soon as you need help, you're out of luck. Horrible customer service and "fuck you" attitude.

This doesn't even make sense. Tons of other non UK channels show games. Just watch those channels. TSN, SPORTSNET, NBC, BEIN, and other foreign channels with English commentary.

We just added cloudfare to out main server with PrimeStreams to do away with the epl block for UK users. So yeah the owner doesn't know what he's talking about.
Epicstream has also decided to drop EPL. Not surprised.

Comments in this kind of posts seem way too invested, even suspicious, either in favor or against providers, if they ever drop UFC/Boxing, I'm out, no drama, just thanks and good bye, next, same if there's too much buffer or outages. I didn't even knew there was a discord channel, but I don't really expect quality support on top of the service at a few bucks a month so I wouldn't bother with that, which by the way I still pay the same and it's a steal at that price, even at 7 for new subs, just my opinion of course, but that's the whole point I guess, if I'm not OK with the price or the service, why would I take an attitude from a mod or owner or whatever, just move on, plenty of choices out there, be happy

I used to like Area 51. They raised their price to $7 which is fine. No biggie but they started to remove channels. I think they took down the Indian channels and then put it back because of some pushback. Then the whole Christmas shutdown fiasco. They don't even carry the ESPN Plus stuff. Their attitude on discord sucks unless you agree with all the mods. They got sick and tired of people reporting buffering issues so they implemented a rule where you had to check on your phone first before reporting but I don't think anybody does that anymore lol.
They dropped Bein channels then BT channels too last year. Then bought back BT. As soon as they did this I knew the authorities were on to them. Then the price rise. I left them but then you only need 2 providers
The sky and bt streams were dogshit anyway, just like the service tbh
I'm looking for a provider to show epl. I've literally just bought a shield. Have I joined the party too late or are there still providers out there showing EPL?
None of their sky sports or bt sports channels are working and this is with a VPN. There is a big game tomorrow between Liverpool and Man United so it better be working for that otherwise I'm cancelling and getting a refund.
I would add I was considering giving this service a one month trial as a potential backup. I'm going to take a pass considering the tone of management response to this issue and posts from others stating when they raise and issue they are told to take a walk to another provider. Think I will spare myself the extra walking....
I am by no means an expert but what prohibits A51 from providing VPN from their content servers to eliminate "channel leaking" by customers? I have no idea if is even possible/feasible...just askin.

I wouldn’t be surprised as the blocking and needing to use a VPN is all due to the EPL.

You all are fn snowflakes. I have had AR51 for almost a year. No buffering, great quality, and the admins have always provided top notch custoner service and advice. If the OP wasnt such a dick maybe you would have had a better experience. As you said, you accidently cancelled and now its everyones fault but yours. I am guessing you are between 21 and 28. SMH
