Hi , i suddenly started getting an issue where in mytvonline doesn’t connect to the portal URL. It keeps asking for login if and password, I checked with my service provider and nothing changed from his side . I did a factory reset, software reset and still it doesn’t work . It was working fine until I added a second portal URL today morning . Not sure how to fix it :(
If it's asking for a login and password, that is usually a problem with the provider. Are you using a MAC or m3u? If you are using a MAC ask your reseller to reset your account and reactivate your MAC, not just see if your account is active. Had something similar happen to a friend on his MAG. Account was still active but his MAC had somehow become deactivated.
If it's m3u, I have no clue.
