They switch websites sometime after the new year . They stopped taking on new customers/renewing current customers at the beginning of feburary. Look at any emails you received from them within the last month. That should have there new url and contact them thru support tickets. I lost service then put support ticket in and never received a response then a couple of days later my service became active again. I've since moved on and will not be renewing with them. I'll probably come back when they fix their issues with processing payments.

They have been posting a little info in their telegram group. On March 4, they opened for payments for a short while. On March 5, they suggested "upgrade went well". They have suspended the group for posting, but posted info about the UFC fight last night. I have one account working still & the other not. Here's hoping.
With regard to payments, they have never taken monthly payments automatically from me, I have always had to pay them manually. I use a pre paid dollar credit card.
Sounds like it's time to get a new provider. Hopefully you were smart and only paid what you could afford to lose (3 months is the max we recommend). Take a browse in /r/iptvresellers to find yourself a new one, and a new provider.
