It's unfortunate that there are scams out there taking advantage of IPTV and it creates a distaste for other repretable IPTV services. We need to call out all the shit services on here. My hates are Epicstreams and ExpediteTV. Horrible customer service, they take the money and run.
I agree 100percent same thing happened to me they have little patience and zero percent customer service
unless things changed very recently this isnt true.
i havent had any issues with any of their services recently but theyve always been good about responding to general questions that ive had when opening support tickets. ill keep an eye on them next time i send an email.
just to add..i ordered new service like 3-4 days ago..it took them a few hours to activate my service but i ordered really late at night eastern time
I've never seen an IPTV provider issue refunds.
Same for me, they banned me for telling them a channel wasn’t working - they have obviously rebranded from Airup amongst other names used in the past - avoid like the plague- shocking
Oh and then banned me from their forum for asking why !!
This is so untrue. I use airwild and have no issues you mention. Customer service is amazing, they even have a group chat for support. Accounts always handled quickly ... Also I have other IPTV services that would never in a million years issue a refund. There is most likely more to this story which I am sure we will find out as I shared it with the Airwild admin :)
Yea, we were very nice, we told both of you (robert and jedi) that your assholes and then refunded your money. If your gonna tell a story tell both sides, like how much of an asshole you both were in submitting tickets and being rude and swearing at support. We will tell you again, FU.
We just don't ban people for no reason, and before anyone can place an order they MUST ACCEPT OUR TERMS OF SERVICE before payment: So blame it on us all you want, it's your own fault, we tell you to kick rocks if you don't agree with the TERMS.
