Its not that there is no rush but its not as simple as some might think. If it was, then it would have been fixed already like other issues that pops up from time to time.
Those channels are very hard to get and something that is being worked on.
Try forjoytv : stream Japanese TV live if needed by Japanese people living outside of Japan.
