720p@60/50Hz or 1080p@25/30 Hz, which one is better on a large panel?

Let's say you have a 55 inch panel. Which one would look better?

Bitrate has a big impact too. Some 1080p 1.5mbit streams look like shit, 720p and 5/6mbit looks great.

Whichever one has less compression

I’d rather watch sports on 480p/60fps than 4k/25fps

I'll take 60hz

Depends what you're watching. Of sports go for higher Hz. If everyday TV go for resolution. But it's all personal preference.

1000% 1080p for clarity, 1000% 720p 60hz for fluidity

1080p 60hz works good. My z7+ 5G box outputs 2160p 60hz, this one works best for me

There is a balance but I prefer 60fps for sports 99 percent of the time. There was that odd time I had one provider that had 60fps 720 but picture was washed out, switched to another provider I had and it was 50fps at 1080. Even though 50 fps introduced some stutter I stuck with that one. For regular tv it doesn't really matter imo. Generally speaking without going into all the bitrate stuff.
