Maybe —> More connection on the same account than allowed.
I know for me, on the exact same service it would lag out a ton.
Got a Shield TV and the problems stopped 🤷🏻♂️
If you see this with all IPTV providers then you might need to try HLS-Proxy, you'll need a desktop preferably running this, to basically handle the buffering before sending it to your player.
I had the exact same problem when I was using Roku. The priblem went away when I started using StbEMU configured on Mag 410.
Most likely your internet connection.
Would be helpful if you told us what type of device/android version/application/internet speed/connection type (wifi or ethernet) you have before you ask for some troubleshooting.
Try Ethernet instead of WiFi.
I just subscribe to Vader and have problem with the buffering. But no problem with eternal tv.
Lots of variables. Your ISP, how you are connected, your connection speed
