You can get a service that’s reasonable for around £9 a month.
Have a look in /r/iptvresellers and test a few - I buy a month at a time for testing.
Personally I think using WiFi to stream IPTV is always iffy. I like having a wired device.
Backup, always have a backup. 2 services will give you 95% uptime
Get lots of trials.
Pick the one(s) you like best.
If/when you stop liking your existing services return to step 1.
There is no best.
Just to add another voice, here's a few quick and dirty 411 points with my noob journey that may help...
From here, once you've settled on a provider (or 3 ;-), there's lots of good apps available (Kodi, Perfect Player, Tivimate, Smarters, etc.) , including providers that offer their own apk's. It's really just personal preference for a lot of them (I've used Plex, Kodi and my providers apk - all work great)
For full disclosure (I don't like dropping names, but as you did ask for 'some' providers) I use Beast right now, and they're really good (IMHO). I def suggest you try lots tho, and def include their support (including any re-sellers) reputations in your 'personal choice' factor (I found a really awesome re-seller, but you may find your own). If you do a look-up for 'top 10 iptv providers', most sites have Pro/Con lists to review
Anyway, hope this was useful. Happy streaming.

Even paid services can be iffy at times, so forget about getting a reliable free service.
