Iptv service provider could be IP locked, lots of them doing this now to prevent sharing. My guess is it blocked you because your connected to a different IP address

more than likely your provider blocked you. Check with them.
Spoken to my provider they said it was blocked even going through a vpn something about it being blocked at the back. Now nordvpn is working to the iptv mine too.
You didn't mention your provider, but how about you try your providers web player through a proxy and see if it works that way? Proxy Lists and Falcon Proxy - Chrome , just load up a proxy, check IP address with IP Chicken or something and test.
