What I mean to say is my parents have Rogers TV and watch the international channels. IPTV (Vader) has those channels but what they see on the Rogers at let's say 6pm is not the same thing on that specific channel at the same time. This makes it hard for them to make the switch because now there shows end up being played at 2am.
Any work arounds? Or does any IPTV actually take the feed from Rogers?

The issue is you are using a provider that is not focused on providing international content. What you are actually looking for is east coast time shifted programming. You'll be able to get that with TVzon in my experience, depending on what sort of international channels you're looking for.
