Has anyone experienced stb blocked when updating stb emu. The account is active but when i updated stb emu it changed the mac and i tried matching up mac on device and panel and still get the stb blocked message. I tried everything, changing mac on panel, changing it on device and nothing. Anything i can do?
I still find STB Emu the most robust app of the lot - TiviMate is second but in my opinion it stutters more than STB

The MAC address on the STBemu is virtual. That's the one the IPTV server sees when you connect. When I had a similar problem to yours I simply changed the MAC address back to the original one and all was well. I just chose the MAC address in the Profile section of Settings using the remote and the keyboard came up. Now I realise this is just anecdotal and there might be good reasons not to do this...but I did it and it worked for me.
Stop using STB emu and get a real box, or switch to an m3u account and continue to use whatever crap box you're using.
Request a reset from your provider.
