No, no one does 4K that I’m aware of. The bandwidth requirements on the server side would be seriously expensive.

It's all personal preference though,i've stayed with my provider because of the quality of their iptv and the instant response to any problems that may arise (no service is 100% perfect) on discord.

ive watched past seasons with Helix, always plenty channels even better if you miss just use catchup they have some FHD 50fps sport channels

Helix has Sky Sports F1 and currently has a folder/category called "Formula 1 Racing" which appears to have a bunch of pre-made links which seemed to imply that they're gonna have links to all the onboard cameras provided by F1TV, which is crazy, we'll see on Sunday at Australia whether that actually works or not. Sounds like exactly what you want, no?
