Complete noob here, and Ive been reading conflicting reports on the MAG. I currently have a MAG box but ive been seeing some stuff about the manufacturer blocking some providers?
Money isnt a big issue, so I’m looking for the best option out there.
Edit: ive noticed i also have the smart tv app, is that a solid choice or are devices preferable?
Since you're not on a budget I'd say NVIDIA Shield is the obvious choice. Very powerful device running official Android TV.
As for IPTV players I recommend Tivimate and Perfect Player.
Dreamlink T2 Prime, Formuler z7+ or Z8. If IPTV is your main usage on this device, the apps on these things are pretty close to a cable/sat experience.
Best option buy an Intel nuc install kodi on your preferred os and then add your Iptv using a pvr backend
A lengthy thing but will give you access to every thing watchable in an excellent format
shield TV.. so many options
For me it's the Shield TV using STB which i have it in all my devices. Boils down to the service more than the device.
If you’re not on a budget and want the most powerful streaming box available then the Apple TV is my suggestion.
