I'm pretty new to IPTV but not new to sat/cccam/mgcamd etc. Most IPTV streams seem to come from a sat/cable/terrestrial service. But I have seen some that can only come from an app such as android or browser based. Any ideas how this is being done?

Example, Livestream.com , find stream you want, open up Chrome's Inspect, navigate to the Network tab and filter for m3u8, take stream URL ie:
then you erase the unnecessary stuff, so:
Now you take something like VLC go to Media > Stream > in the new window go to the Network tab > give it the above URL, press Stream. Next window, blah blah blah, hit NEXT, New Destination, switch it to HTTP, press Add, leave the Port number and address as is, Next. Now Profile set it to "Video - H.264 + MP3 (TS)", hit Next, leave everything as is in next screen and STREAM!
You'll be streaming it from that computer you're on so address to the stream will be like http://192.168.1.100:8080 for example. Now you can share the stream with your block for the next big fight, it will only count as one stream cause YOU are the provider for that URL, bandwidth restrictions apply unless it's in your own network. LOL :)
Depending on your network setup it should be accessible outside of your network usually by just switching the 192.168.1.100 to your IP address (which you can find with something like IPChicken.com).
Edit: It's clear some streams come off of Android boxes and such, very likely that they are connected to video capture cards and connected to a stream in a similar way to my example above and then streamed to a server.
EDIT: And you can restream a lot of stuff with my example, but not all sites are the same, some have their streams locked to a device (the ID it gives per session) so it sometimes won't even work outside of the browser, ie VLC as that's a new session it won't recognize, or won't work for more than 24 hours as the ID has changed.

People have asked this before and you will get the same answer they did. Shut the fuck up, and stop asking. Everything is done in secret so that the MPAA, FBI, etc don't come after them.
Or would you like to lose what we have and be the one responsible?
