IPTV "Stuttering" for 90 Minutes each night

I've got a weird issue. I have no idea what's causing it.

Every evening between 9.30 and around 11pm our IPTV stutters... (not buffering)
-Internet Speeds are stable at around 500gb+ up and down
-Apple TV works Fine
- Smart TV works Fine.

I've spoken to our Internet provider and they say it's not them, same with IPTV company

Several friends locally have the same issue some are on iptv and others firestick but the same internet provider

Logic tells me it's them but as everything else seems to work ok I'm stumped..

Any ideas what it might be?

Its your ISP. Many ISPs have a clause in their user agreement that allows them to throttle “non-essential” traffic during peak times. They allow things like Netflix and other legit streaming services but IPTV routinely is throttled under this policy.

Try a VPN or change ISPs.

ISP fault cutting down speeds during peak houses on IPTV ports

Perhaps u need to try connecting to a VPN service to circumvent throttling?
