You might wanna try the display settings in Android....it might be set to a 720p GUI
It's usually 720p @50/60fps or 1080p @ 25/30fps.
Most services have a good mix of both, never tried out Diablo before
720p 30/60fps is standard. Some do have 1080p 50fps. My provider has a lot of 1080p and and there 720p looks better than most
If you'd like to try Beast, pm me. We have a lot channels in 1080p with 30fps and a few with 50fps. Most are 720p 60fps. I believe the issue you're having is low FPS on channels which is causing pixilation.
haha most providers don't have 1080p. The bandwidth requirements to go from 720p to 1080p is too much for most providers. They will have a select few channels, usually sports because sports people are fucking nuts, but everything else will be 720, or lower.
Most broadcast TV is only 720p to begin with. You can't make more resolution out of nothing :)
