Buzz TV connection

I have two Buzz TV boxes and whenever I turn on the boxes the next day after being off the whole night, I sometimes get the message that it can't connect for whatever reasons.

It doesn't happen often but every now and then.

The fix to this is to reset my modem.

I wasn't having this issue when I was using the MAG254...

It just becomes such a pain to reset the modem, especially for my parents when they want to watch.

Is anyone else having this issue with their Buzz boxes?

The suggestions are great but I think something is up with the hardware. I had two buzztv xpl3000 several months ago and they seemed to be plagued with hardware / software issues.

I had issues similar to this and was never able to figure it out. It wasn't my setup or my ISP, a hard reset fixed the issue but would come back. I think the memory management of that model is not optimal and I have moved away to z7+ and now formuler z8. Couldn't be happier than I walked away.

Sounds like your losing wifi connection? Can you hard wire?

Hi, are these XPL3000s?

It's an android box so install speed test and see if you even get an IP address when this happens. If not, replace your cable. If it happens again, then replace your modem/router. If it happens after you do that, your ISP is fucking with you.

Happens to me aswell after the update.

If i have it in standby for long time and tries to turn back on , it does not pickup internet even thou lan icon is lit, but all i have to do is take out the lan cable, wait 5 secs and reinsert, starts to work again

Mine does that very occasionally, and not just from standby but when switching to certain servers. Again just once a while, not often.

My solution has been to reboot the BuzzTv box, fixes it every time.
