On my Nvidia Shield, I was trying to use an app that would allow me to view multiple windows (videos, sports, etc) at the same time. I installed and tested a couple different ones, namely "Best Video Popup Player" and "Video Popup Player", but have not had any luck as of yet.

I have "Vader Streams" IPTV and I was testing this out on "IPTV Extreme Pro", because it has a "Play With" option which allows you to pick which external video player you want to use to view the channel. At which point you are supposed to be able to pick either of the popup players and watch multiple channels at once.

When I click "Play With" and the select "Best Video Popup Player", the channel does not play, and if I try to select "Video Popup Player" it isn't even displayed in the list of media players that I have installed.

Has anyone successfully tried anything like this with either of these apps or any other ones?
