Helix, Jarvis, PrimeStreams and Neumedia all carry the same 400+ US local channels. Unfortunately about half of them are currently down because of some issue with the source. Major market local stations are all working, but most of the smaller market locals are not. Hoping this is fixed soon.

Never tried ip stream service, would this cause conflict with my internet provider (Xfinity)?
