Need a box suggestion for parents

Want to buy an IPTV sub for my parents. But need something that is seamless like cable box. Just turn on and the last channel comes on. So please suggest one? Thinking about getting MAG but heard that IPTV is being banned. Heard good things about Shield but is it good for non-techies. Thanks

The Nvidia Shield is a beast, I use mine strictly for streaming and it does it with ease. The app I use for my iptv services is called TiviMate and does have an option to start on boot.

If your parents are used to the Android ecosystem then it would be a pretty easy box to navigate.

For your parents, they won’t need that type of power. A simple firestick 4K would do.
