on android device try iptv smarters
it's a free app
On windows try MyIPTVplayer.
I just copy myself from a recent post...
It really depends, what you need.
If you want a player, that`s fast and very easy to use Smart IPTV is a great choice. It comes with the disadvantage being not very flexible (you can mainly just add favorites, which works fine for many users). Another perk is the fact you need to pay per device, so if you plan to use it on multiple devices, it will add up.
If you want a comparable player in terms of speed and ease of use, then Tivimate is a great choice. It comes with a great UI, you can add favorites, uncheck unnecessary groups, choose favorite player (internal, VLC, MX) even by group. If you have an Android TV device, you can install it straight from Playstore. For must users it`s probably the best choice now.
If you want even more features like catchup, then Perfect Player and IPTV Extreme might suit your needs. Perfect Player is not as fast as the above mentioned options and the UI looks really old on a TV. IPTV Extreme adds a great feature for catchup channels, since you can even download shows and movies. You can also record stuff incl timer on all channels. The UI is also not like the real straightforward Smart IPTV or Tivimate, which deliver a network like experience.
Personally I have settled with Tivimate as my go to player and IPTV Extreme as my catchup / download expert (I download straight into my to Shield attached hard drive, which then can be played in Plex).
You could try Yasem. I haven't tried it yet but it's basically stbemu for Windows and stbemu for Android is excellent.
Windows 7 progdvb is excellent
Perfect Player is great on TV/Android Box.
on Mobile... IPTV smarters app.
Steer clear of tivimate, it’s absolutely rubbish. Perfect player all the way, more to it, better interface and no buffering at all on there. Many many users that bought a license for tivimate are now regretting it, the only updates it gets are “I will think about doing this soon”, never happens. Perfect player all the way
For everyday viewing Plex + xteve combo is pretty great imo.
