IPTV resolution not changing from 1280x720

For the passed few months, my IPTV hasn't been occupying the entire screen on SD channels and occupying far too much screen on HD channels as the resolution is stuck at 1280x720, regardless of what I do.

My provider told me to use the inner portal, but any time I try to, I get hit with a connection error.

Lads I need help, it's Champion's Cup day.

Make sure your TV is set to Auto Resolution

It's very strange because it's running a 1080p level quality @60Hz, but it's auto changing to 1280x720. I have a background in electronics and this is bizarre to me.
