Beast is part of vader, they shut down their tech support group chat because too many people were complaining. I've complained and they tell me that everything is ok and then they put me on a 24hr mute. They're a joke. Avoid them at all costs

I actually had a similar run-in with beast as well.

My personal opinion is that beast should be avoided if at all possible.

Make sure you report that post, reddit will immediately close down that account as its breaking a rule they take very seriously.

Selling IPTV doesn't mean you have to be a douchebag.

Beast is a second rate IPTV service that thinks they're better than they are. Paid for a month and got cut off after 18 days. Couldn't get in touch with anyone and was ignored in their Telegram whilst the admins jerked each other off. Wouldn't even response to me telling them one of their UK channels was the US version of the same channel. Swapped it out for Vader's, which is super reliable but I miss the variety of a good service. Wish Helix worked better for me

Got the sense they were fuckwits with the way they responded to tech issues. Glad I didn’t renew my sub.

still using beast the past 6 months. opened my first ticket with them today, and they replied within 1min. pretty good imo, but no problems big enough to get technical issues yet. hopefully won't have to.

I was with vader 2 months ago when you were able to subscribe through their website. Since then they've closed that and you're only able to subscribe through a reseller. During the time i was there they offered beast and vader as a combo. They are different servers, not sure the dynamic with personnel but they were offered together and the tech chat forum serviced both.

Beast sucks anyway..i don't get the hype..i watched their trial for 5 minutes and was on to the next one..like every other service is better..

If an iptv provider is going to have bad customer service, they need to provide an awesome product. I've never had to contact Smoothstreams or the other provider that I use, because they don't have problems like this.

Beast and vaders might not be the same guys but they have the same source as per my experience as a reseller for both of them. Both their admins have great and rude admins, some fix issues if the issue is within their server but if it is a source problem I guess they report it to their source just like what end users and resellers do. I myself got banned in their telegram support while complaining, nobody answered me and when I followed up, I got banned by one of their super great know it all admin.

One thing I noticed is that when vaders source have issues, beast have the same issues. This is not a one or two channel issues, for example, if US channels are down with vaders, beast US channels will be down as well. One thing I know for sure is that beast is not a rebrand of vaders. Other than that they are 2 different services which might or might not be connected to each other using same sources for majority of channels. Also, Beast ditch VOD and after a few weeks Vaders did the same thing, might be a coincidence but who knows.

Just wanted to share my experience. But so far I am still using Vaders as my primary service though. It is great when the channels I wanted to watch does not have issues, I mean I don't watch all the time so it serves its purpose for me.

It is amazing reading these comments that there are so many of you that don’t understand that the guy you bought your IPTV sub from isn’t really the guy who is hosting that service.........It is a multi level marketing scheme at the best.......you buy a service from a guy who busy that service at a discount from another guy............the service provider doesn’t deal with the end user

i havent had any problems with beast quality wise. they tend to do a terrible job @ sorting and updating. But the picture quality has been the best for me and made mma tv turn into my back up. Only good thing about them is the pic quality it seems though.
