As per title, it is pretty hard to find one. At most they stream Korean and Japanese channel but without any subtitles. Anything <$10USD/mo is definitely a plus especially if it include US/UK channel.
I need this for my sister so any tips would be appreciated :)
I'm pretty sure Japanese and Korean tv stations don't broadcast with English subtitles, so such service can't exist
