Probably too many people that left express and went to star overloaded their servers.

Star server will be back within next five days. There is a backup for the same package though.

Most of the indian channels not working.
If you activate some customer after 4/7 then screen channel menu is orange color, before 4/7 is normal color
same here. my reseller told me that it is blocked in USA
